Dualine lubrication

The electric TWIN-2 has been designed for all applications that use Double Line Systems. The Double Line lubrication systems, generally used on medium and large sized machinery and equipment, operate in harsh or extreme operating conditions for the various points to be lubricated. The systems can be very complex and be longer than 100 metres. Any type of system can be designed and set up in a reliable and efficient manner, with the possibility of expansion.

Minimal lubrication

ILC Lubetool microlubrication systems are designed for coolants, lubricants, and water-soluble lubricants. ILC Lubetool microlubrication systems prevent heat buildup and control thermal distortion, ensuring more precise cutting and cleaner machine operation because tools and parts remain at ambient temperature during cutting. Tool life is significantly increased, maintenance and replacement costs are reduced, and the reduced handling and storage of hazardous materials means a safer and cleaner work environment. Cleanup is easy, using only soap and hot water (160°F/70°C).

Volumetric PDI lubrication

The volumetric system is based on Positive Displacemente Injectors (PDI). A precise, predetermined volume of oil or soft grease is dispensed to each point unaffected by temperature or viscosity of the lubricant. Both electric and pneumatic pumps are available to ensure a discharge up to 500 cc/minute via a range of injectors extending from 15 mm³ to 1000 mm³ per cycle.

Progressive lubrication

The progressive lubrication systems distribute oils, soft grease or grease up to the NLGI 2 consistency, to lubricate the friction points of the machines. Progressive distributors can have from 3 to 20 outlets and guarantee a quantity of lubricant suitable for each point. The system is easily controllable by installing a special sensor.
